The input of PredictMe consists of a SNP panel that corresponds to the genotypic information for each patient. This input can be uploaded as a matrix stored as a csv formatted file where the columns correspond to the patient identifiers and the rows to the specific SNPs measured in the cohort represented as SNP identifiers. As an example, we provide the following file. An equivalent file can be uploaded to cluster the patients in the cohort with the AI model trained by Emon MA et al. (2020).
